Founded by Derek Byrne in 2023, Purpose Recruitment was established to help companies align their hiring strategies with their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policies. Our mission is to connect businesses with candidates who share their values, fostering long-term, meaningful professional relationships.
Derek is the co founder of a Not for Profit organisation called Way 2 Work Ireland specifically created to support children in the care system reach their full potential by securing their dream role. While leading Way 2 Work Ireland Derek was continuously frustrated with the stories of candidates unable to find meaningful employment opportunities matching the individual skill set and strengths and so created Purpose Recruitment as a result.
